Job Summary
Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients; serve as trusted advisor delivering high-quality guidance and strategic tax planning; develop managers and staff through coaching and leadership; expand the practice by leveraging relationships and pursuing new business opportunities; collaborate with firm leaders to enhance services and client experience; oversee complex partnership tax matters (RECON experience a plus); based in Nashville with limited regional travel and relocation assistance potentially available.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
