Job Summary
Tax Operations Analyst responsible for ensuring local tax compliance and reporting for transactional and operational taxes across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include identifying tax treatments, withholding, and reporting under FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3/61, 871m, QI frameworks; coordinating with RBC Tax group to classify and certify clients, maintain documentation for tax reportability and withholdability; establishing and maintaining controls around due diligence and reporting; ensuring timely responses to inquiries; keeping processes updated with changing tax regimes; contributing to audit preparedness, KPI/KRI reporting, system testing, and process improvements; collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring attestation status alignment within month-end timelines. Required skills include Excel proficiency, adaptability, data aggregation, critical thinking, and strong communication and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of working experience
