Job Summary
Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, and planning for partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and other entities. Manage and review tax returns while ensuring timely, accurate filings and maintaining internal controls for tax accounting. Analyze tax implications for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and refinancing activities, evaluating matters such as depreciation, cost segregation studies, and Section 1031 exchanges. Partner with internal leadership to assess tax impacts of proposed transactions and investments, identifying tax-saving opportunities and minimizing organizational risk. This role supports Oxford's long-term business objectives through strategic tax leadership in commercial real estate.
