Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying potential issues, applying GAAP and tax regulations, and proposing solutions for complex client matters. Mentor Associates and Supervisors by providing on-the-job training, evaluating performance, and guiding personal development plans. Manage multiple client profiles and firm responsibilities while maintaining clear communication with leadership and expanding professional networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
- CPA Certification preferred
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ability to respect confidentiality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledgeable of firm policies and procedures
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Demonstrated time and work management skills necessary to manage a complex workload
