Job Summary
Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery, reviewing returns, research, and consulting projects while helping clients develop proactive tax strategies and minimize exposure. Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients, managing multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines to identify opportunities that strengthen relationships and drive business success. Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals within a relationship-driven culture focused on insight and practical business advice.
Required Qualifications
- CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation
- Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
