Job Summary
Lead tax engagements for a diverse client base, supervise and mentor staff, and provide strategic tax planning and consulting services. This Tax Manager role offers a leadership track with potential for Partner path, in a firm emphasizing work-life balance and a collaborative culture. Hybrid schedule described as 3 days in office, with reasonable hours even during busy season. Requires CPA license eligibility and strong technical tax knowledge, plus proven communication and leadership abilities. Desirable to pursue Partner track (optional but encouraged).
Required Qualifications
- Progress toward or eligibility for CPA license required
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
- Strong technical tax knowledge and understanding of current tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
