Job Summary
Lead Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager focused on real estate partnerships. Responsible for managing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns, advising clients on tax planning and compliance strategies, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with partners to ensure timely delivery of services. Role involves cross-functional collaboration, staying current with changes in tax laws impacting real estate clients, and delivering strategic tax guidance to high-value real estate clients. Hybrid/Remote work options available across the United States with an emphasis on the Atlanta, GA area. Salary is a generous six-figure base with performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience (preferably with real estate partnerships)
- strong technical tax knowledge
- good client communication skills
- prior supervisory experience preferred
