Job Summary
Lead and supervise tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts; mentor junior staff; drive adoption of tax technology (CCH Axcess ecosystem, AI, data analytics, automation) and cloud-based workflow enhancements; stay current on tax law and best practices; collaborate with partners and clients on proactive tax planning and advisory services; manage and review complex returns in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong experience with CCH Axcess and its ecosystem (Workbench, Document, Engagement, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy, collaborative environment
