The Tax Manager will plan and manage multiple client engagements, review complex tax returns, understand client goals, and own client relationships. This role includes strategizing tax planning, researching tax issues, and mentoring staff. Ideal candidates will be team players with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, over 5 years of public accounting experience, a CPA license, and proficiency in tax software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
- 5+ years of US tax consulting/ compliance experience in public accounting
- CPA license
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Technical proficiency in tax software and research applications
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
