Job Summary
Review and coordinate tax return preparation for real estate investment funds, REITs, partnerships, and related structures. Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, partnership allocations, and transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Research complex tax issues affecting real estate entities, prepare supporting memorandums, and manage engagements by coordinating resources and monitoring progress. Lead, coach, and mentor staff while staying current on tax law developments impacting institutional investors. Collaborate with professionals across the firm to deliver integrated solutions and build relationships with investment managers and fund executives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year in a managerial role involving clients and team members

- Master's Degree in Taxation
- CPA or equivalent credential
