Job Summary
Tax Manager at Platform Accounting Group with responsibility for coaching staff, managing office workflow and procedures, leading client engagements as relationship owner, and preparing/reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns. Provides advisory services related to tax, finance, and business practices, and collaborates with the Tax Director to develop retention, growth, and operational strategies. Requires 6+ years of tax experience, a BA or higher in accounting, and CPA/EA credentials; prior management experience is a plus. The firm offers flexible work arrangements amid a growth-focused environment across 50+ offices in 15 states.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
- BA or higher degree in accounting
- CPA or EA required
- Prior team management experience a major plus
