Job Summary
Tax Manager responsible for coaching staff, managing office workflow, leading client engagements, preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and estates, and providing advisory services. Collaborate with Tax Director to develop retention and growth strategies while leveraging a strong sense of entrepreneurship and leadership. Role based in the Rockville, MD office with a focus on guiding a growing team and delivering client-focused tax solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BA or higher degree in accounting
- CPA / EA required
- 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
- Prior team management experience a major plus
