Job Summary
Lead tax engagements from planning to completion, including staffing, timing, technical issues, and engagement reviews. Supervise and mentor staff (Staff/Senior Accountants, Supervisors) and develop client relationships to increase office profitability. Identify opportunities to apply technical knowledge to high-value client work, contribute to firm publications and events, and help grow the client base. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA license, and 3-7+ years in public accounting with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Some positions may be open to remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs. Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
