Job Summary
Oversee tax compliance, projections, and notice responses while serving as the primary client contact for assigned engagements. Deliver top-quality service by supervising associates and seniors, performing primary reviews of tax returns and written advice, and managing the full lifecycle of tax engagements. Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives, review law developments, and collaborate with partners to resolve technical issues. Mentor staff, conduct training sessions, and assist in developing departmental policies. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting procedures and GAAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Five to twelve years of public accounting experience
