Job Summary
Oversee tax compliance and technical reviews for a broad range of entity types while leading and developing the tax team. Manage engagement workflows, provide strategic tax guidance, and cultivate strong customer relationships through networking and community involvement. Perform technical reviews of complex returns, research innovative solutions, and delegate assignments to ensure accurate outcomes. Build developmental plans for team members, lead coaching efforts, and contribute to performance evaluations. Maintain billable hour budgets and communicate proactively on engagement progress. This role supports business development and community engagement within a collaborative, professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience
- Broad experience across all entity types
- CPA certification
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
