Tax Manager

Provide final technical review of tax returns and related documents for the majority of the client base while researching complex tax issues and developing appropriate recommendations. Plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage client engagements to ensure all deadlines are met, communicating directly with clients to help achieve their best outcomes. Direct and support staff and supervisors by setting objectives, providing resources, and promoting a positive work environment, while mentoring team members to support their professional growth. Monitor product quality, personnel performance, and billing, collections, and WIP management to maintain high standards. Stay current with changes in tax law and accounting procedures through internal CPE and training initiatives.
