Job Summary
Maintain complete knowledge of the Firm's philosophy on financial, tax, and consulting matters while managing client relationships throughout the year. Plan, schedule, and staff engagements using firm policies; supervise staff, provide on-the-job training, and review tax returns and work papers. Anticipate problem areas, develop procedures to address them, and communicate progress, problems, and resolutions to clients via written and oral correspondence. Prepare invoices, communicate fee details, and assist in collecting overdue accounts. Maintain knowledge of economic and political trends affecting the business climate, perform supervisory reviews of complex tax returns and governmental examinations, assume responsibility for complex business returns, and delegate or manage governmental tax examinations, potentially representing clients before tax authorities.
Required Qualifications

- thorough knowledge of the client and all facets of client's business
- knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate
