Job Summary
Lead multiple client-facing engagement teams responsible for completing tax engagements, assisting clients with various tax matters, and providing research and technical support. Identify and handle issues on files while delivering industry and technical expertise through client interactions, reports, and high-quality deliverables. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and participate in developing new opportunities. Manage priorities, meet deadlines, and support marketing initiatives of the practice.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 4 years of relevant public accounting or tax consulting experience
- CPA designation
- completion of the In-Depth Tax Program
- strong understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles
- proven people management skills
- relationship building skills
- leadership skills

- Knowledge of Caseware
- Knowledge of TaxPrep
