Job Summary
Lead and review preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize client tax liabilities by researching and analyzing complex tax issues to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality and development of team members while collaborating with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored tax solutions. Support tax accounting, compliance, and consulting engagements across corporate, partnership, and individual matters. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to work seasonal overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license
