Tax Manager

Manage the end-to-end tax compliance lifecycle for the organization, including preparing and filing all federal, state, and local tax returns while ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission. Lead the development and maintenance of internal tax policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to evolving regulations. Oversee the review of complex tax matters, provide guidance to finance and business units on tax implications, and coordinate with external tax advisors on audits and disputes. Maintain detailed records and documentation for all tax activities to support internal audits and regulatory examinations.
