Job Summary
Tax Manager responsible for leading tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse client base, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring adherence to federal/state/local tax regulations, conducting tax research, developing business opportunities, and coaching tax staff while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- A strong sense of ownership for delivering client service
