Job Summary
Prepare, review, and sign individual, business, and entity tax returns while collaborating with the team on tax planning, client interaction, and special projects. Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to maximize benefits, develop solutions, and communicate them to the engagement team and clients. Manage client relationships by monitoring needs, build value, and participate in business development. Supervise and delegate duties to Associate and Senior Associate staff, providing mentoring and technical training. Attend training seminars and professional development events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification
- 5-7 years of tax experience within public accounting
- extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations
- ability to focus on complex tasks and will quickly understand the firm's comprehensive compliance processes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
