Job Summary
The Core Tax Services Manager is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, minimizing tax burdens, conducting top-level tax compliance reviews, managing client relationships, and providing timely advice. The role requires expertise in ASC 740 tax issues and entails supervising teams, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring compliance with firm policies. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation, at least five years of relevant experience, and a CPA certification or equivalent. Proficiency in tax compliance software and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Five (5) or more years of prior experience
- Experience in managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740 computations
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”)
