Job Summary
Tax Manager with a construction-industry focus who will manage client engagements, oversee tax compliance and consulting projects for construction clients (contractors, developers, and specialty firms), and lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, and multi-state entities. Provide industry-specific guidance on issues such as percentage-of-completion, job costing, and revenue recognition; lead and mentor staff (seniors and associates); participate in proposals and client presentations to support business development; ensure technical accuracy, thorough documentation, and adherence to firm policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or EA license is preferred, with 6+ years of public accounting experience and strong client-facing communication skills.
