Job Summary
Review complex federal and state tax returns and prepare business income tax returns for construction clients. Delegate and supervise tax preparation and research assignments while delivering consulting, projections, and planning services. Manage client relationships and coach, mentor, and develop team members to support the firm's growing specialty tax practice. This full-time role requires a CPA with construction industry tax experience and involves a hybrid schedule with partial remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Master's in taxation
- Active CPA license
- Construction industry tax experience
- 4–7 years of progressive public accounting experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with tax workflow software
- Excellent communication abilities
- Self-directed, ambitious mindset
