Serve as a primary advisor to clients, developing proactive tax strategies to minimize exposure and strengthen relationships. Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines while coaching and mentoring developing tax professionals. This role supports the firm's advisory-focused culture of building remarkable client relationships and driving business success through insight and practical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation
- Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
