Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients by controlling take-on and engagement, overseeing billings, and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection. Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to start-ups, scale-ups, private businesses, and FTSE-listed multinationals using shared service resources or technology tools. Lead complex projects while proactively managing tasks and collaborating with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to serve clients effectively. Identify and highlight opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation to address complex issues and evolving regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications
- An in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues
- Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients
- Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection
- Ability to provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools
- An understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to the Firm's quality control procedures
- Experience of leading complex projects
- Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
