TAX MANAGER

Job Summary
Manage US income tax returns and domestic filings while compiling tax and financial data for strategic initiatives. Provide analyses and recommendations to senior leadership on US tax matters, ensuring timely compliance for estimates, extensions, and forecasts. Monitor tax law developments to design strategic initiatives, support IRS and external audits, and assist with international aspects of US tax compliance. Engage in domestic tax credit opportunities, analyze internal restructurings and M&A activities, and manage gain/loss calculations. This role resides within the Finance/Tax resource group in the Aerospace/Aviation/Defense industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Minimum 10 years of corporate income tax experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture understanding
- Team player with self-confidence, motivation, and ability to work independently
