Job Summary
Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities by reviewing complex federal and state returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. Conduct technical tax research to provide practical recommendations, identify planning opportunities, and minimize client tax exposure. Supervise and mentor tax professionals while ensuring compliance with regulations and firm policies. Collaborate with partners on complex matters and assist with workflow management and client communications. Requires CPA license, 5–10+ years of public accounting experience, and proficiency with tax software. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license
- 5–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for High-net-worth individuals
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for Partnerships
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for S Corporations
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for C Corporations
- Strong knowledge of federal tax law, tax planning strategies, and tax research
- Working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting standards
- Experience utilizing tax software and research tools such as CCH, ProSystem fx, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
