Tax Manager - Advisory

Senior Tax Advisory role focusing on corporate and personal taxes with a client portfolio across SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Responsibilities include delivering clear tax advice, collaborating with non-tax teams, managing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns, advising on corporate reorganisations and EMI/relief schemes (EIS/SEIS), planning remuneration and succession strategies, and providing specialist tax guidance on business lifecycle matters. This position also entails line management of trainees and delivering practical, actionable tax advice backed by strong client relationship skills. Preferable CTA qualification; ACA/ACCA/ATT candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
