Tax Manager

Lead client engagements by advising on complex tax matters, risk mitigation, and savings opportunities for individuals, businesses, and trusts. Prepare and review complex tax returns, deliver strategic tax planning, and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations. Manage full accounting and tax cycles for high-net-worth clients while representing them in IRS and state audits. Mentor junior tax staff, implement internal controls, and stay current with evolving tax laws. This role requires an active CPA or EA designation and prior experience in a public accounting firm.
