Job Summary
Conduct practical training in tax reporting practices while ensuring compliance with relevant Indonesian laws and regulations. Provide administrative support to the Tax compliance team, assist in balance sheet reporting and reconciliation, and reconcile ledger entries against tax returns. Support various ad-hoc tasks and propose process improvements to participate in continuous improvement projects. Gain hands-on experience in finance and taxation under the guidance of a mentor, manager, and team leader with technical mastery.
Required Qualifications
- Final year student or fresh graduate bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal, Economics or related discipline
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI)
- Data Analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
