Job Summary
Tax Intern – Peak Season 2027 role involves supporting a variety of tax engagements, preparing Fiduciary (1041) and Individual (1040) tax returns with accuracy and compliance, assisting with extensions, gathering and organizing client financial data, learning IRS codes and regulations, collaborating with team to meet deadlines, attending training sessions to expand tax knowledge, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in accounting, finance, or related field
- GPA 3.0+
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Completed coursework in Financial and Managerial Accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work full-time (40-55 hours per week)
Desired Qualifications
