Job Summary
Assist with preparation of individual and business tax returns by organizing client financial data, inputting information into tax software, and assembling completed returns. Conduct basic tax research with guidance to resolve issues and review financial data for accuracy. Support engagement teams with workflow tasks, maintain organized client files, and participate in team meetings and professional development sessions. Schedule includes approximately 25 hours per week during tax season (January through April) or 25–30 hours Monday through Thursday in the summer.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Junior or Senior standing
- Strong academic performance

- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn tax and accounting software
