Job Summary
Assist the Tax team in preparing and analyzing tax documents while supporting compliance with regulations and filing requirements. Conduct research on tax-related issues to provide recommendations and collaborate with departments to gather data for accurate reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate clear updates to stakeholders. Requires 15-20 hours per week during the 2027 tax season for a seasonal role. Applicants should pursue a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
