Job Summary
Tax Growth Solutions Leader who designers, packages, and integrates tax and advisory offerings into market-aligned solutions; partners with executive leadership to enable revenue growth, client centricity, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include designing frameworks to bundle tax and advisory services, identifying high-impact solution combinations across industries and client segments, developing process models for packaged solutions, leading cross-service-line collaboration, creating new tax-plus-advisory offerings, building segmentation models, defining and tracking KPIs for solution adoption and cross-sell effectiveness, and delivering internal enablement materials. The role requires extensive experience in consulting/advisory services (15+ years), strong leadership and change-management capabilities, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams. Located in Tampa, FL or remote within the contiguous United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years in consulting or advisory services
- Experience in solution packaging, cross-functional collaboration, and market segmentation
- Proven success aligning service lines into revenue-generating, client-centric solution bundles
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic-thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities across varied audiences
- Demonstrated influence, leadership, and change-management capabilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Creative and innovative in generating new ideas and solutions
