Job Summary
Tax Expert – Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations across the United States. Seasonal on-site role focused on delivering hands-on tax preparation and advisory services to TurboTax clients, building local customer relationships, and driving client growth. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax guidance and software support both in-person and virtually, engage with the local community, participate in local marketing efforts, and help create a best-in-class customer experience while utilizing TurboTax tools and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with active PTIN
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must reside within the United States
- Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
