Job Summary
Assist the manager with employment tax compliance, P11D and share scheme reporting, cross-border tax matters, HMRC disclosures, and due diligence for client engagements. Design and implement equity reward plans (e.g. EMI schemes, CSOP plans, growth shares) and advise on cross-border obligations; collaborate with the Irish and UK offices; build strong client relationships; deliver high-quality tax reports and PSA/P11D work, ensure timely billing and cost recovery, participate in business development and contribute to sales pitches for the team and the firm.
Required Qualifications
- ATT or part CTA qualified
- minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a tax department of a larger firm
- strong technical knowledge
- capable of working on your own initiative
- ability to build trusted relationships with clients and the team
- ambitious and want to pursue a career in practice
