Job Summary
Review tax returns, workpapers, and projections while performing tax research to resolve issues and provide consulting, planning, and compliance for clients. Oversee the day-to-day needs of clients and the tax return process, including identifying and resolving tax issues, while cross-selling services and maintaining strong relationships with a proactive approach. Coordinate with partners to ensure timely communication for project planning and coach staff to support the growth of the tax practice. Maintain knowledge of new tax issues and business trends affecting clients, participate in industry organizations, and engage in business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA
- 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Capable of managing multiple client engagements
- A track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high-quality client service
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Proficient with CCH Axcess, Caseware, Quickbooks, CCH Intelliconnect, RIA Checkpoint, GoFileRoom and Microsoft Office
