Tax Director

Tax Director role leading Platform Accounting Group offices and shaping firm-wide tax strategy. Responsible for serving as the firm’s leader and manager, acting as primary contact for existing clients and for new client relationships, collaborating with the executive team to develop growth initiatives, reviewing and overseeing returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, and directing consulting and advisory efforts in the region. Oversees staff development, training, and performance, with a focus on entrepreneurship and strategic operations. Requires extensive experience (8-15 years) in tax preparation and review across individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns; professional designations (CPA, JD, LLM or EA); and proven ability to manage client relationships and staff, complemented by strong communication and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
