Job Summary
Lead the firm's Kent and South East tax consultancy services by providing advisory support on UK tax matters for corporate transactions, M&A, property deals, and share schemes. Deliver Private Client Tax services including share structuring, estate planning, trusts, and non-domicile taxation for high-net-worth individuals. Expand the firm's tax portfolio through business development and networking to enhance client services and increase regional visibility. Manage an established client portfolio with a focus on Owner-Managed Businesses while demonstrating leadership at a Director level.
Required Qualifications
- CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven tax experience
- Client-facing expertise
- Strong portfolio management skills
- Business development mindset
- Demonstrated leadership
- Experience operating at a Tax Senior Manager or Director level in a dynamic professional practice
