Job Summary
Review and approve complex federal and state tax returns while leading tax research, planning initiatives, and technical guidance for construction and related industries. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients, supervise and mentor tax staff, and manage client relationships by collaborating with audit teams on large engagements. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations across a broad client base. This leadership role strengthens the firm's tax capabilities, supports growing client needs, and develops a dedicated team within a collaborative, people-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong technical tax expertise, especially in construction and related industries
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience
