Tax Department Intern (Finance)

Job Summary
The Worldwide Tax Department Intern will gain hands-on experience with international and domestic tax concepts, tax planning, compliance, and M&A restructuring. Responsibilities include using tax law research software, learning US corporation income tax law, understanding US GAAP tax accounting, and assisting with tax provision preparation. The intern will also participate in reviewing transfer pricing reports and OECD Pillar 2 regulations. This role is suited for college juniors or seniors majoring in accounting, finance, or business-related fields with proficient communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current Junior or Senior in college with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Major in Accounting, Finance, International Business, Business Administration

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work with all levels of employees successfully
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
