Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Tax Department at the Corporate Office. Responsibilities include sorting, scanning, and distributing mail; mailing tax filings and AP payments; assisting with departmental calendars and tracking tools in Excel; assembling financial reporting books; creating mailing labels for returns and K-1s; filing unclaimed property reports; ordering department supplies; running the remote deposit tool; assisting with special projects and administrative tasks; and occasional trips to local banks. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including filters), strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to multitask. A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in an accounting, tax, or corporate office environment preferred.
