Tax Credit Property Manager - Soul Apartments

Oversee Soul Apartments operations in the Saint Paul area, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing. Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Lead and mentor a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management to minimize turnover. Build and maintain industry relationships through trade organizations, associations, and vendor outreach. Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules, pursue ongoing education and personal development, and align with company safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Asset Manager.
