Job Summary
The position involves reviewing externally prepared tax returns and global income tax provisions for investment funds within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Key responsibilities include reviewing Subchapter M and Excise tax provisions, oversight of tax return review processes for publicly traded partnerships, and interactions with external advisors. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification tax experience, strong technical US tax knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Professionally qualified – CPA preferred
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification tax experience at a leading firm
- Knowledge of fund level tax compliance as well as the impact and tax requirements of various fund tax structures

- Strong technical US tax knowledge
- Strong understanding of book to tax adjustments applicable to fund structures
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence senior business stakeholders and make decisions
