Job Summary
Conduct full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and facilitate discovery sessions for in-person customers using Intuit TurboTax products. Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Deliver personalized tax solutions by leveraging government resources and team expertise to maximize refunds and optimize deductions. Build lasting trust by connecting with clients on a personal level to support their financial goals and foster community loyalty. Work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season
- Experience using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Availability Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
