Job Summary
Monitor tax records and update line information within the MSP system to maintain accurate loan documentation. Process tax bills from counties and taxing authorities, ensuring timely payment and correct posting to borrower accounts. Coordinate with the tax vendor Lereta to address discrepancies and monitor service standards. Research and resolve exceptions by communicating with external authorities and internal departments. Prepare borrower correspondence for tax inquiries and notifications. Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to requests. Maintain precise records of all tax activity to ensure compliance with investor and company guidelines.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Physical attendance in a defined office space
- Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies
- Ability to work extended hours
Desired Qualifications
- Background in mortgage servicing, property tax administration, or escrow management
- Understanding of property tax processes and regulatory or investor compliance requirements
- Familiarity with third-party vendor coordination and oversight processes
