Job Summary
Conduct in-person tax return preparation, provide full-service tax advice, and facilitate discovery sessions for customers using Intuit TurboTax products. Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach while representing TurboTax as a community fixture. Deliver personalized tax solutions, optimize deductions, and maximize refunds by leveraging professional tools and team expertise to address unique client situations. Build lasting trust by connecting with customers on a personal level to foster loyalty and support local community growth through marketing initiatives and educational content creation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
