Job Summary
Tax Associate I role focused on updating the current and deferred income tax control matrices and estimated tax payments; develop new IPEs with descriptive texts, graphics, screenshots and links; maintain and catalog procedures for SOX documentation, coordinate with Financial Data or Engineering teams; generate procedures detailing control methodology and documentation of new IPEs within the SOX framework, align controls with Holding procedures for SOX implementation; emphasize collaboration within the banca responsable framework and support diverse teams; requires accounting/commerce degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience; Spanish-speaking environment with Peru location (Lima/San Isidro).
Required Qualifications
- Bachiller o titulado universitario en contabilidad, o afines
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en áreas contables o de impuestos
- Experiencia en implementación de proyectos SOX (deseable)
- Experiencia trabajando con ERP
- Manejo de la Suite de Google a nivel intermedio
- Manejo de SQL (deseable)
- Habilidades blandas: organización, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis
